We collect account details, bot settings, allowed domains, indexed website knowledge, training data, conversation history, and contact requests you send through Botifly.
We use this data to operate your workspace, authenticate users, send verification and reset emails, power chatbot responses, improve reliability, and provide support.
When you index website content or upload training data, Botifly stores that information so your chatbot can answer with better context. Conversation history may also be stored so you can review and improve support quality.
We use your email address for account access, verification, password recovery, and important service communication. Access to workspace data is limited to authorized systems and authenticated users.
You can remove bots, training data, indexed website data, and other workspace content from your account. Some operational logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.
Botifly may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, analytics, and email delivery. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their service for Botifly.
If you have privacy questions, use the contact page and include the workspace or domain involved.
